Quite popular presentation program is Microsoft PowerPoint. It is most often done is create a presentation file first at home, then store it in a flash and then opened on the computer where the presentation is done. But you know if we can actually burn the presentation to a CD, and the presentation will still be open on the computer even though the program is not installed Microsoft PowerPoint, it seems more practical and elegant , right?
For burning to a CD presentation, please follow the steps below :
1. Open the file that you have created a presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint
2. Power point window click on the office button located on the top left corner of your window Microsoft PowerPoint
3. In the left panel and select Publish on the right panel select Package for CD
4. Give the name of the cd presentation to your liking and then click Options
5. In the preferred option appears enabled viewer package ( update file formats to run in a power point viewer )
6. Choose one of the options on select how the presentation will play in the viewer
- Jump played automatically
- Automatically rotated for the first time only
- Rotated as the user desires
- Does not automatically run
7. Turn on iclude these two options so that images and other files can still be displayed
8. You can also give a password, but if not leave it blank
9. Click OK
10. You can add another presentation file by clicking on the Add files
11. If thats enough , click on the CD to start the copy to burn to cd and wait until the process is complete
