It is commonly used to make a presentation is to use a program such as Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. Another way of presenting is to make the presentation file into an image ( JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF ) which you can then open it using a program such as the image viewer Picasa Photo Viewer or Windows Photo Viewer. Thus you will not be confused when the computer is a laptop or not there is a power point program.
To do a power point convert ppt files to jpg, gif, png, tiff can be used as a way to save the power point program. Unfortunately the facility save as jpeg, png, gif or tiff is only found in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, while the Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 there was no facility for it. For more details please follow the following steps :
1. Create a new presentation or open a data file of your presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint 2010
2. Click File and then select save as
3. In the save as window that appears, in the Save as type option please select your desired format ( GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF ) and then click save
4. Prompt appears if the entire slide or just selected slides are stored in the format gif, jpeg, png or tiff. Select as needed
5. Open the folder to store your files
