We are already familiar on how to make use of Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. Often times we have a duty to make a good presentation file from your boss or from a teacher . This facility does not appear by default in the ribbon series there, but we can bring it into the Quick Access Toolbar.
By using the Send To Microsoft Office PowerPoint, the data will be entered directly into a power point document to limit each paragraph will be one page in the Microsoft PowerPoint. Thus before you have to set the first paragraph then immediately click Send To Microsoft Office Power Point which is on the Quick Access Toolbar.
To bring up the Send To Microsoft Office Power Point in the quick access toolbar please follow the following steps :
1. Click the dropdown button on the quick access toolbar and then select more commands .
2. In the options choose commands from select All Commands
3. At the bottom find and select Send To Microsoft Office Power Point then click Add , then Send To Microsoft Office Power Point will be on the list of quick access toolbar
4. Click OK, then the Send To Microsoft Office Power Point has been on the quick access toolbar, and ready for your use
Open an existing document in word mas , then click on the Send To Microsoft Office Power Point, then the data or document in Microsoft Word will automatically be in the new file in Microsoft PowerPoint.
